This kit significantly improves the performance & reliability of 325hp RXT & RXP models. Upgraded high-strength silicone hoses will not swell under pressure like original soft rubber hoses providing improved throttle response & reliability. Integrated TiAL 'QRJ' Blow-Off Valve replaces smaller plastic factory 'purge valve', eliminating extra hoses and extending service life of supercharger clutch system. An essential upgrade for all racing and recreational performance craft. Includes detailed installation instructions and upgraded clamps. Our testing concluded that the TiAL 'QRJ' Valve design was best suited for optimum boost control on 325hp engines. Valve includes billet diffuser.

TiAL 'QRJ' Blow-Off Valve: Improves supercharger reliability and performance by relieving unwanted pressure during off-throttle operation. Reduces supercharger clutch & gear wear and eliminates heat soak in discharge tube. The body and all internal components are CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum alloy. The V-Band design aluminum mounting clamp gives a very clean and unique appearance. The clamp uses Stainless Steel hardware for a long lasting, corrosion-free appearance. The valve seal utilizes a Viton o-ring that is clamped in place for maximum durability. The valve stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated, hard anodize-coated for wear resistance. The Blow-off Valve also comes with our own machined aluminum banjo-type air fitting and bolt, with oversized 10mm hose barb for quick actuator response.
