Shipping & Returns

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day your invoice is printed. After 20 business days from the invoice date a sale is considered final. After this 20 day period all orders are subject to a restocking fee.

In order to start the return process, please email us at support@deanstrong.cc

1. If applicable, provide all documented evidence of damage & reason for return.
2. Dean Strong will provide you with an RA# for an approved return.
3. Please write this RA# on the outside of your return, and “Attention: DEAN STRONG Return.”
4. We will process your return and contact you confirming your return or exchange.

All returns and refunds are for the amount charged to the customer at the time of receipt.

Shipping methods for standard orders are UPS Ground service or USPS.

Merchandise damaged in shipping must be returned to our shipping department within 14 days of the invoice date. Therefore, please inspect all boxes upon delivery. All damage claims are to be reported to the freight carrier. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. Please have images ready of the damaged shipping box and items for review.

Please also document damage to all areas of shipping packaging and product (if opened). This will help us to quickly process damaged merchandise returns.

Bulky/Heavy items may be charged at a higher shipping rate and shipping charges will be quoted after checkout. If your order includes an oversized item we will reach out to collect additional shipping funds. In most cases these products will be marked on the product page.

All items are subject to a restocking fee after 20 days from initial invoice date. Please note that this date does not start on the day you receive your order, but on the actual invoice document. All orders beyond this date are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
